The story holds the middle between a romantic romp and torture tale. What lifts this tale out of mediocrity, is the way it was written: very well structured with a keen eye for language and dialogues (or rather, monologues) which are spot-on. The story oozes talent (so does Whipinmyvalise, as a consequence) and that fact makes me grab for an 'excellent' rating, because the content may be trodden-path-ish, the execution is near-perfect. Oh, and since we're dealing with a couple of songs at the start of this 'review', 'The Thrill Of It All' is a Black Sabbath song, featuring on their 1975 'Sabotage' release. Seems like we're all 'In Tune' like this. Which is a song by The Who, by the way... JJ
